I’m Vikas Kedia, the owner of InterNext Technologies Inc., a Nevada based Corporation, which owns 4 online communities - Debt Consolidation Care, MortgageFit, AmpmInsure and CreditMagic. I also work as a Technology Consultant at Oak View Law Group.

My story begins in 2000 when I graduated as an MBA from one of the best institutes of the world. As I was inclined towards having a tech company of my own, I declined a rewarding job offer at New York. So, in a short time, I was running my own tech company but then came the tech crash…our investors stopped funding and we had no other option but to close down the company.

Within a very short time, I was struggling with credit card debts. Frankly speaking, I had to make choices in my daily life. I wasn’t spared by creditors, collection agencies – their harassing calls and letters….I’ve had it all!

So, finally I, landed another job. Now that I had the money and came across laws related to collection agencies, I simply applied the tactics in dealing with creditors/collection agencies.

Having been in debt and understanding the struggles one goes through, I started Debt Consolidation Care community in 2003. I simply wanted to create an online debt community where people would help each other fight out debt problems and learn how to deal with creditors and collection agencies.

While Debt Consolidation Care (DebtCC) Community was gradually growing, I started 3 more communities – MortgageFit, AmpmInsure and CreditMagic. I’d like to speak a little about what these communities are all about.

MortgageFit – This is a community which offers mortgage help and advice to those who’re about to take a mortgage or already have one or may be in kindda mortgage problem.

AmpmInsure – This community focuses on how best you can serve your insurance needs.

CreditMagic – The credit community helps you to deal with your credit issues - how to repair your credit, deal with negative credit items, and improve your credit scores.

I do believe everyone comes across challenges in life – the ups and downs and I’m no exception to this. So far, I’ve had 2 complaints against my company. And I tried my level best to resolve the complaints asap. I have even received threats from collection agencies, payday loan companies etc. The simple reason is, someone shares their bad experiences with such companies in our forums and then they call me to remove such negative information. But isn’t a forum an open platform where people share their experiences - good or bad, so that others can learn to deal with such companies? However, I have introduced the Samebox response as stated in point number 24 of DebtCC Terms of Services page, so that we can deal better with such issues.

Debt Consolidation Care makes money from adsense advertising and leads. Since I started off with a tech company of my own, it’s my pleasure to be associated with the tech team at Oak View Law.
